Policy

Custom Orders: (require 30% deposit)

We require our clients to pay the counter sample fee if it's required. it's around CAD200.00, and will be deducted from your final payment.  Please ask us for detail. 

You will be able to choose color/fiber content/logo of any custom ordered items. We will make pre-production sample for your approval before mass production started. The turn around time should be around 15 days to 60 days depended on the method of delivery, and the items you ordered.

We will work with you in choosing material/patterns/logo/design for your event if necessary.

Our prices are based on FOB bonded warehouse, and custom duty paid.  Please ask us about special pricing for large orders.

We do require 30% deposit for custom orders. These funds will be used to order your specific materials and will be applied to your final balance.

We will insure the quality of the items you ordered, or money back.
